Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all readings, reports, and services purchased through NumeroTruth ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NumeroTruth with respect to the services purchased. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether written or oral, including but not limited to any statements made via email, social media, messaging platforms, or verbal consultation.

NumeroTruth provides numerology-based readings for the sole purpose of personal insight and self-reflection. All readings, reports, and consultations are delivered as interpretive analysis only.

Nothing provided by NumeroTruth constitutes or should be understood as professional advice of any kind - including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. NumeroTruth is not a licensed professional service of any kind.

Numerology is not a predictive science. No reading, report, or consultation constitutes a prediction, forecast, or guarantee of any future outcome, event, or circumstance. You acknowledge this expressly by completing a purchase.

All sales are final. NumeroTruth does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

You acknowledge that you are purchasing a numerology reading of your own free will and that you understand its interpretive, non-predictive nature. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made, actions taken, or conclusions drawn based on information provided in your reading.

NumeroTruth accepts no responsibility for any decisions made in reliance on any reading, report, or consultation, regardless of circumstance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NumeroTruth and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or decisions made in reliance on a reading.

Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) that cannot be excluded by agreement.

All reports and materials delivered by NumeroTruth are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, post, or share any part of a NumeroTruth report in any form - including on social media, online forums, or any other digital or print platform - without prior written consent from NumeroTruth.

All content, reports, templates, methodologies, and materials produced by NumeroTruth remain the sole intellectual property of NumeroTruth. No purchase transfers ownership of any intellectual property of any kind.

NumeroTruth reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and such damages as are available under applicable law in response to any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of its materials.

Personal information collected at the time of booking - including your name, date of birth, and email address - is used solely to prepare and deliver your reading. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties.

Information is handled in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law. NumeroTruth retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary and does not use it for any purpose beyond service delivery. Retention on third-party platforms - including payment processors and email service providers - is subject to their respective privacy policies, which are outside NumeroTruth's control.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at numerotruthbyjyoti@gmail.com.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any NumeroTruth service. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement. NumeroTruth reserves the right to cancel and void any order where the purchaser is found to be under 18, with no obligation to refund.

The quality of your reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. NumeroTruth is not responsible for errors in a reading that result from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by you. No refund or remedy will be offered in such circumstances.

NumeroTruth will make every effort to deliver your reading in a timely manner. Any timelines communicated at any point are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. NumeroTruth's sole discretion determines what constitutes reasonable effort and a reasonable timeline in any given circumstance.

NumeroTruth shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, bereavement, power outage, platform failure, cyberattack, natural disaster, pandemic, or government action. Delays caused by such circumstances do not entitle you to a refund or any other remedy.

By completing a purchase, you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after a reading has been delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms. NumeroTruth reserves the right to contest any such dispute and to provide these Terms, along with evidence of delivery, to the relevant payment processor in support of that contest.

This clause applies only where the reading or service has been delivered. Where NumeroTruth has failed to deliver a service, this clause does not apply.

Prior to initiating any legal proceeding of any kind, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through written communication for a minimum period of 30 days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.

Good faith communication means written correspondence by email in which both parties clearly state their position and respond to the other party within 7 business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process in Clause 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Failure by NumeroTruth to enforce any provision of these Terms in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in any future instance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

NumeroTruth reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be published at this URL. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
